The Continuation of a New Beginning


I have not been exercising or "working out" regularly. Instead, I have been doing the complete opposite such as: eating out regularly, eating late at night, being a potato couch, and just being lazy. For a while now, I have been trying to flame the passion that led me to lose a considerable amount of weight during my senior year of High School, but I was not able to do so. Day by day, week by week, I continued to tell myself "today is the day..", but it was never "the day"...

Today, however, that passion has been lit. The problem that I will be facing is, how long this passion, this dedication, this determination will last. From my previous experiences, it would last as long as up to 2 weeks, but I know that tis time, I am going to dive deep.

I will be doing muscle workouts, and I am sure I will do some curls (15lbs) each arm, and the chest workouts as well, for today's workout. I will start off with a 10 minute jog of 6.0, do the muscle workouts, and then jog off 6.5 for 30 minutes.
